Food Arrangement : 

Morning Tea-Coffee with Snacks, Delicious Full Lunch with Desert and Light digestive Dinner at Night.

Bus Arrangement : 

Picnic / tour will be organized by 3x2 (56 seater bus) or luxury bus according to the number of students. 

Personal Expenses : 

Sightseeing and tourist places entry fees or various activities such as Boating, Horse riding, Rope-way, rides, etc as well as Waterpark entry fees or costumes or mineral water to be incurred on own expenses . 

Accommodation : 

In case of tour of more than one day as per decided accomodation will be given in Dharamsala or in any common hall. In hotel picnic / tour as per decided one room will be alloted to 4-5 students. 

• At the booking time, INR 20,000/- to be paid per bus . Remaining amount to be paid at the time of beginning of tour.

• In 56 seat bus tour 4 teachers fees will be free per bus. Payment of 52 students seat to be paid.

• (In case of more than 4 teachers, the entry fees and accomodation of extra teachers to be paid personally by them.)

• During picnic the responsibility of expensive and personal things to be taken on own. During picnic accident, loss, theft, fire, drowning, injury, missing of person, etc responsibility is not of Shree Ganesh Tours & Travels.

• In picnic/tour, Bus will take upto location till bus can go, further location will be done by walking or other vehicle on own expenses.

• In case of natural disaster or technical fault in bus, the decision in changes in the picnic/ tour program will be decided by all together.

• The Jurisdiction area will be Ahmedabad.
